Your confirmed pickup time and location will be based on the option selected during booking. To change your pickup location, please notify us at least 24 hours before the tour departure. Please arrive at your pickup point at least five minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Breakfast Stop in Yea

Enjoy a short break in the historic country town of Yea. Take the opportunity to purchase breakfast, coffee, or snacks from one of the local cafés.
This stop also provides time to stretch your legs and prepare for the next part of the journey into Victoria’s High Country.

Snow Clothing and Gear Hire in Mansfield
09:45 - 10:30
Head to Mansfield which serves as the base for Mount Buller. Stop by one of the local snow clothing and gear rental shops.
Guests in need of snow clothing or equipment can rent jackets, pants, boots, helmets, skis, snowboards or any equipment needed at their own cost. Rental employees will take care of measurements and fittings to ensure you stay comfortable and ready to take on the mountain.
Guests with their own set of clothing and equipment can utilise this time to get organised or pick up any necessities before heading on to Mount Buller.

Snow Time at Mount Buller
11:30 - 16:30
Arrive Mount Buller Alpine Resort for approximately 5 hours of relaxed snow play time.
Skiers and snowboarders can purchase lift passes and hit the slopes, while beginners may choose to book a lesson.
Non-skiers can relax in the snow-covered alpine village, build a snowman, have a snowball fight, toboggan in the allocated areas or explore the winter wilderness by foot.
There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, speciality shopping, scenic lookouts and cozy indoor areas to relax at anytime. Lunch, activities, lift tickets, lessons are available for purchase.

Depart Mount Buller

Meet your driver at the designated meeting location and head back down the mountain.

Return Snow Gear in Mansfield
17:30 - 17:45
Stop back at the rental shop in Mansfield to return any snow clothes and gear hired. You will have time to change into dry clothes, freshen up and grab some food, snack, drink before returning to Melbourne.

Back to Melbourne
At the end of the tour, drop-off will be available at the same locations.
